IMPORTANT: Please read all the details before filling out the Models Application.

Models placement is determined by the CFW Designers! There will be auditions in Chattanooga and Knoxville
Audition dates:
Sunday, May 19 in Chattanooga - Venue and times by appointment
Thursday, May 23 in Knoxville at Gage Models & Talent Agency at 6pm

Ages 3 and above needed. All heights and sizes are encouraged to apply.

AUDITIONS:

A CFW representative will email you upon receipt of the below application. This email will detail how to schedule your photo and audition time.

Make sure you put in an email address you use often and minors please put your parents email address.
